Governance
Bethel Lutheran Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors responsible for the Foundation's strategic direction, financial stewardship, and charitable mission. The Board serves in accordance with the Foundation's Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws to ensure responsible governance and long-term sustainability

We are dedicated to providing the resources necessary to support Bethel Lutheran Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in it’s mission of Christian ministry — ministering to the physical, spiritual, and emotional needs of each person — recognizing each individual as a child of God and ministering to them in the name of Christ.
Board of Directors
Founded in 1985, Bethel Lutheran Foundation is organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes and is recognized as a tax-exempt organization under Sections 170(c)(2) and 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
The Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of no fewer than three (3) and no more than nine (9) voting directors. Directors serve staggered three-year terms and may serve up to two consecutive terms. Directors are elected by the Foundation's members, except that at least two (2) directors are appointed by the Bethel Lutheran Nursing and Rehabilitation Center (BLNRC) Board of Directors. In addition, the BLNRC Administrator serves as an ex officio, non-voting member of the Board of Directors.
